Our matcha goes through a long, labor-intensive process where tea leaves are carefully-grown without pesticides, shaded, and handpicked for stone-grounding. - Put 2 grams of matcha (about 1 scoop of chashaku) in a chawan (or any tea bowl), then pour 1 cup of hot water under a boil.
