We accept the return of our products purchased directly from our website, within seven (7) days from receipt with proof of order and payment, provided that the request for return meets the following criteria:
- The product received is the wrong item, the product quantity is incorrect, or the product is already expired.
- The product remains unopened and unused.
Product quality is important to us. In the rare event of errors from our end, please include in your email the following:
- Detailed pictures of fulfillment errors such as wrong product received or product already expired
- Picture of the packing slip that came with the package.
- Your order ID

We also honor the request for refund or replacement of our products purchased directly from our website, within seven (7) days from receipt, with proof of order and payment, provided that the request meets the returns conditions above and after the product has successfully returned to us.
Our team will validate the request and, according to your preference, either replace the product at no additional charge to you or refund the amount you paid within seven (7) to twenty-one (21) days from confirmation of a valid claim, depending on your location.
In line with our shipping policy, we will not replace, refund or accept returns of products due to damage while in transit. We can, however, help coordinate with the courier regarding claims, if valid and applicable, to the best that we can.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept return, grant refund, or send a replacement of our products for reasons of dislike or change of mind.
