Our Cafe & Culinary grade is a classic and organic class that will bring out the rich flavor of matcha in high-quality desserts and confectionery. It has a strong profile that will outstand ingredients and bring out the balanced umami that is a true characteristic of matcha. It has the right bitter notes that will preserve and bring out the delicate flavor of matcha in desserts and beverages. It also offers exceptional green color retention in recipes where other matcha can easily lose its vibrancy.
Our Cafe & Culinary grade uses tea leaves that are carefully grown and shaded under the sun, without the aid of pesticides, producing the bold, strong organic taste of matcha. Packed full of L-theanine and immunity-boosting antioxidants, our Standard grade is perfect for lattes, desserts, and other confectionery.

Packaging: food-grade aluminum foil pouch to reduce oxidation and prolong the freshness of matcha
Net Weight: 100 grams (makes up to 20 teaspoons)
Preparation: To make a matcha latte, sieve 2 scoops of matcha and add 60ml of hot water (non-boiling). Whisk the matcha in a bowl and mix in with 80-120ml of milk. Add the whisked matcha and, optionally, a sweetener to taste. Mix and enjoy!
Storage: Store in a cool dry place, away from moisture, sunlight, and odors. Refrigerate after opening for maximum flavor and potency.
