Standard Ceremonial Grade
Standard is a classic ceremonial grade matcha with the characteristic of a strong flavor marked by a tartness that blends into a deep green, sweet and bitter tones with and a floral aroma. Its leaves are grown naturally under the sun without the aid of pesticides. Perfect to be brewed on its own or enjoyed as an ingredient with a variety of matcha drinks.
Our Standard grade uses tea leaves that are carefully grown and shaded under the sun, without the aid of pesticides, producing the bold, strong organic taste of matcha. Packed full of L-theanine and immunity-boosting antioxidants, our Standard grade is perfect for ‘usucha’ (thin tea) and lattes.

Net Weight: 30 grams (makes up to 30 cups)
Preparation: Place 1 to 2 grams (approximately 1 bamboo scoop) of matcha in a bowl, then pour 15ml of hot water under a boil, ideally at 80ºC/170ºF temperature. Whisk the matcha thoroughly in a zig-zag motion. Add 45ml of hot water ideally at the same temperature and mix until consistent.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place, away from moisture, sunlight, and odors. Refrigerate after opening for maximum flavor and potency.
